The purpose of this project was to explore layouts with large amounts of text using text from Timothy Samara’s “Making and Breaking the Grid”.

The Design



A system was made to unify the different pages. One main color was used along with lines that interact with the images and text in dynamic ways.

The aim of the layout was to create a dynamic look without the use of “boxed” images. All images were also chosen based on the context of the page.
