An editorial called the Take me to Manoa was printed in 2022 for oncoming students. I was tasked to design full page ads for a number of pages. Each ad are designed with a target audience in mind.
For this particular ad, the focus was to bring incoming students to join the student media group. A photo collage was made to add a sense of creativity to the ad in hopes to appeal to creative students who are looking for a job within their careers.
This ad was aimed towards incoming students who want to join activities and interact with other students. A strong diagonal with a bright yellow was chosen to create a dynamic composition that feels fun. Images were also chosen from previous activities to showcase what students might do if they join.
